Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold cooked rice (long-grain)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Some vegetables (whatever you can find in fridge)

Dependencies

  • wok or pan

Options

  • shrimp
  • eggs
  • others (try pineapple)

Steps

  1. Preheat the pan over high/medium heat
  2. Swirl in oil, turn the heat to medium
  3. optional:add shrimp or meat and stir-fry for about 2 mins
  4. Add vegetables, cook till tender
  5. Add rice, stir and toss to mix them up
  6. You'll find out when it's ready...

Notes

  • Be creative
  • You may need salt, or chili sauce
